Cordyceps
Cordyceps support immune function. This can slow the aging process by improving the activity of healthy enzymes while slowing the activity of corrosive enzymes. These amazing mushrooms can support the relief of depression and fatigue, improve exercise performance, and contribute to the overall markers of wellness in adults. The bottom line is it supports the improvement of stamina from the boardroom to the gym to the bedroom.
Lion's Mane
Lion’s mane mushrooms contain bioactive substances that have beneficial effects on the body, especially the brain, heart and gut.
Guarana
Guarana is similar to caffeine, but with a slower release into the bloodstream. This results in extended energy as well as kick starting the nervous system to begin burning fat. The Mayo clinic says it's safe for an adult to consume up to 400mg a day and a child 100mg.
Reishi
A 2012 study conducted by the Department of Pharmacology at Peking University found that reishi is capable of modulation of cytokines, the cell signaling compounds within the brain involved in immune and anti-inflammatory responses. Other studies show reishi protects the body against stress.

These bars are absolutely amazing! They taste great not like other bars. One taste and you won’t be eating any other brands. My husband and I eat them almost every day and have been buying them for almost 2 years now.

I love the way the Focus bar makes me feel. I have been feeling fatigued etc. and I attributed it to just getting older. With Focus I feel alert, happy, and content all at once.

I am a cancer survivor, and I attribute my survival in large part to completely changing my lifestyle and diet. More specifically, upon my diagnosis I became a vegan and only eat organic, non-gmo, gluten free foods (lots of reasons all of those are important). Something I was initially concerned with was finding snacks and "portable foods" that met both my health criteria and my fast-paced life on the go. I can say, without hesitation and after a lot of research and taste testing, that these eBars are the best you will find out there! Great flavors and varieties (I'm partial to the Man and Focus bars myself). Thank you for creating and providing this product. I can't recommend them more highly!

Jan and Dave are great people...They have both personally gone above and beyond to take care of me....I have been doing a transformation program since March 12 and use their Trim bar and Focus bar for 2 of my daily snacks...They not only taste fantastic but are low on sugar and have no preservatives....Their product has helped me lose over 70 lbs in 6 months.....Thank You...

Love these bars! Best nutrition bars I've ever had!
I was shopping in Whole Foods and noticed free samples on these eBars. I was urged by the nutritionist to try them out. I ended up trying most of them, (Focus, Man, Woman, Trim, Fit) - all were delicious! Reading the organic healthy ingredients made me love them even more!
I bought a few of the Focus bars and have been hooked since. I now order them directly online, even bought some as a gift for my mother! :)

I LOVE THESE BARS!!!! I tried these for the first time last week, and I am hooked!!! They are some of the best energy/ protein bars I have ever had. I am very impressed with the quality, purity, and efficacy of these bars! They keep me full, provide lasting hours of focus at work, and give me energy for my high intensity workouts!! I love Ebars! They are absolutely the best bars on the market today. They taste delicious and sustain me between meals. The focus bars helped me greatly during law school! I am in love with these bars, and this company!
